We are hiring Chief of Staff/ Strategy Lead!!

Coverfox (www.coverfox.com) founded in 2013, is a tech-based insurance broking firm taking a digital-first approach to the business of insurance aggregation.

We are hiring for a strategic role reporting into the CEO on strategic content, communications, dashboards and analytics.

The role will call for working directly with the business leaders, the CXOs & their teams to organize and align strategic priorities for the company.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Working on various strategic initiatives and corporate projects in line with the growth vision for the company - identifying gaps / obstacles and driving closures.

- Ensuring meeting agenda are adhered to, translated to action items and delivered per timelines.

- Be an influencer for internal and external stakeholders to drive business levers and institutionalize change.

- Build meaningful dashboard insights and providing necessary support for seamless execution of projects.

- Design communications / pitches for investors, employees and external stakeholders / media etc.

- Meeting and Event Preparation - Organise and administratively lead the execution of board meetings. company retreats, conferences, and other special events.

What we expect of you:

- You must be a graduate / post graduate from Tier-1 institutes preferably in Business / Engineering / Economics / Statistics.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting or strategy-led roles; work in the big4 consulting / tech start-ups will be an add-on

- Experience working with C-suite, business strategy and project management.

- Excellence in analytical thinking, problem solving ability (without being tool-minded), data analytics & modelling and creating business reports & pitches
