Chartered Accountant (2-3 Yrs)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of job experience.

Job Description:

1. Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.

2. Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring revenue compliance with accounting standards;

3. Developing strategies that work to minimise revenue related risk

4. Assisting in preparation of revenue MIS.

5. Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

6. Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;

7. Managing organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with the Business Heads; collaborating with Business Heads to assess the financial efficacy of Business operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support Business operations;

8. Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;

9. Providing leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; creating and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

10. Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

Skill Required:

3. Should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, etc
