Country Product Manager - Construction Industry

An opportunity for a Country Product Manager with a leading European MNC in the Construction Industry to be based in Mumbai, India.

- Civil Engineers with 10+ years of experience from the Construction Industry

- Defines the Country Product strategy/Product Portfolio together with local management with support of Regional Product Manager

- Drives product innovation processes and product improvements in the country that also includes pricing, product specification and definition of supply chain

- Manages & participates in projects within the product innovation process, product introduction, product improvement and product-relaunch

- Proactively and systematically monitors and observes competition, market trends, customer needs and the change in construction methods; and analyzes the observations and makes key findings available

- Conducts country specific Product Trainings for other departments of Country Organization (Sales, Engineering, Operations, etc.) with regards to Product features presentation, Added Value argumentation, competition comparison

- Prepares supporting documents for Sales department (Product Presentation, Competitor comparison, Price analysis, etc.) according to country needs

- Accompanies sales at customer visits to support with customer presentations, to provide advice on products and to enquire customer feedback on Products and services

- Supports sales in representative activities such as attending fairs, information events, customer events etc.

- Conducts presentations at construction industry events (seminars, exhibitions, etc.) and at educational organizations

- Analyzes market and customer requirements as well as the price situation with support of sales team
