Country Manager - Technology Development Centre (15-20 yrs)
Client:
Our client is a bluechip US MNC doing development of their technology products in India and delivering it to global markets . They are a market leader in their space and a well renowned brand name.
Candidate:
Ideally you come from a technology product company with 15+ years of experience overlooking a large development centre with over 1500 people. You are heading all the teams in that development centre and have a knack of excellent project delivery and people management experience.
Role:
- You will be heading the development centre with over 1500 people
- All aspects of project quality and timely delviery shall be your responsibility
- Heads of all verticals will be reporting to you and you will have reporting to Global HQ
- You need to ensure the quality of product is as per global standards.
