Country Manager - Sourcing & SCM - Electricals (15-22 yrs)

- Responsible for all logistics functions for a country by deploying Global process identified by the group function

- Propose and implement logistics strategy in warehousing and transportation activities.

- Supervise logistics staff as well as subcontracted logistics activities."

- Ensure the best service to a given portfolio of customers, offering a reliable delivery.

- Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to guarantee orders delivery on time and according to agreements. Inform the customers on orders / deliveries progress. Solve bottleneck issues. Assess process efficiency on regular basis through KPIs.

- Analyse results, propose and implement actions plans to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Use the standards set up bu the group function

- Be responsible that Country Market Area demand relating to Masterbrand product are managed according to internal policies and procedures. Consolidate and analyse sales forecasted based on previous year results, planned promotional sales event and product launch.

- Build and negotiate with market and business country the inventory strategy (Make To Order / Make To Stock) in the Distribution Centre to secure 80% of customer order lines shipped out same or next day.

- Use tools and processes set up by the group function

- Manage the production capacity for a plant based on demand and life cycle forecasts. Define production lines capacities. Pilot the Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) with the plant manager. Identify short and mid-term production capacity bottlenecks. Anticipate and decide on priorities between production lines. Ensure that components and raw materials are planned to fulfil customer large orders.

- Responsible for partnering with internal customers at country level to identify country sourcing needs. Act as a spokesperson for global sourcing in the country organisation and as an ambassador for the country's sourcing needs within the global sourcing organisation at direct and indirect procurement level

- Participate in the recruitment process of your team members, facilitate their integration through a structured onboarding experience and provide them with guidance by setting clear goals and expectations during regular Performance and Development Interviews.
