Country Manager - Sales - Mobiles & Accessories Business (8-15 yrs)

COUNTRY SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) His key duties are to develop sales on his territory and promote the mobiles and accessories across the designated region.

2) He is in charge of establishing a sustainable relationship with his customers, which implies an operational management of high quality added value (in addition to the services and products sold), and will do so in the strict respect of the commercial policies of the company.

3) He will actively participate in the strategy of conquest and make sure the following requirements are met:

- A mutually beneficial dialogue with customers

- A thorough overview of the competition

- A comprehensive long term work plan

- A constant flow of reliable income

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT :

- Prospect and acquire new customers, ensure our Mobiles and Accessories are referenced in a long-lasting way and\or with promotional actions. He is liable to develop sales on a national level, the following distribution networks and channels apply:

- Mass Retail Channels and Independents

- Network Operators - Retail /Consumer and Enterprise/Business Units

- Consumer electronic stores /Wholesale Distributors

- Do-it-yourself Stores (DIY )

- Online Channels - Web clients (these customers will require a business intelligence with a weekly watch)

- Answer tenders by developing specific offers, in partnership with support departments such as the Operational marketing department

- Define the ranges and offers adapted to the specifications of the customers

- Build an annual promotional plan specific to the customer's typology or generic to the portfolio.

- Work on the development of the sales turnover and the margins on a customer portfolio and / or prospect clients pre-established by his(her) hierarchy

Reporting- Area Executive Sales Director

REPORTING :

- Produce an exhaustive reporting respecting due dates fixed by his (her) line manager This

reporting (on Monday software) will concern the following topics

- Follow up of the accounts: analyses of the sales (quantity and quality), financial results, etc.

- Follow up of the activity compared to the fixed objectives, and prospective

- Benchmark, business intelligence, analyses of the market shares

- Reporting on carried actions and with analysis of the profits

- Presentations of future action plans

- Communication of the professional schedule

FIX SALARY :

- We are open for discussion when it comes to right candidate

MEDICAL INSURANCE & PENSION :

- In order to guarantee the social security a medical Insurance and pension will be provided monthly for.

BONUS

- A bonus will be paid according to reaching targets: 2500USD per month.

EQUIPMENT :

- The employee will have the right to spend decent amount to buy a computer. In order to claim the amount he spent, he will need to submit proof of payment to

- the HR and Finance department of our company.

- Acquirement that are above the mentioned amount, the extra amount will be took in charge financially by the employee.

- All the licenses, email addresses and internal tools will be provided by us directly.

- The employee will be provided with an mobile phone. He will be in charge of selecting the most appropriate phone package
