Country Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
Country Manager-Nepal-Leading MNC in FMCG
- The incumbent will hold overall P&L responsibility (top and bottom line) for Nepal Business of Company.
The job responsibilities will include:
- Oversee Sales and distribution, Marketing, Supply chain, , Finance and commercial functions.
- Lead marketing activities, qualitative and quantitative market research. Liaison with advertising / media / PR agencies to prepare detailed marketing communication
- Build enabling systems, controls and processes across sales, & commercial functions
- Set up the sales team to achieve, sales volume targets and gross margin objectives. Train and motivate the team to deliver results
- Scaling up Sales automation, Optimizing Trade Marketing Budgets & driving BTL activations
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed customers and sales KPIs including channel, distributors, field sales, top and bottom line KPIs
- Develop and communicate key priorities for the sales team (Channel, Customer, business development, Distribution, penetration, visibility etc.)
- Drive the NPD process and ensure pipeline initiatives to deliver future growth
- Accountable for the capability development of sales & marketing team
