Role Title: Country Manager : India

Reporting to : Global CEO

Key role contours:

- A seasoned Real Estate veteran who will own the India chapter in enhancing relationships amongst members.

- Deep understanding of the sectors dynamics, trends and also challenges and opportunities.

- Design and deliver high quality platforms for members to engage. With insight create bespoke cross border opportunities for members to leverage knowledge and experience

- Understanding of policy measures, advocacy and sectoral research to enhance delivery to members of the association

- Own the profitability of the India Chapter. Drive membership to enhance the India chapters reach and value.

- Ability to work closely with like minded and allied organizations, bureau, bodies etc and develop quality relationships.

- A self starter and an eye for detail and passion for growth are critical ingredients for the role.
