Position - Country Manager
Reporting - APAC Head
- To Formulate AOP, prepare the annual sales targets (orders, shipments, payment collection)
- To complete the sales, delivery and payment collection targets;
- To expand the brand influence to the Clients power, oil and gas industries,completion of the targets ; market development and customer relationship maintenance of power, oil and gas customers in the Indian market
- Daily monitoring process of risk control of each sales order within the responsibility area, and publicity, guidance and supervision of risk control work of relevant executive staff;
- Follow up the economic environment and political situation in the responsible area; Continuous follow-up and optimization of target customers and target products; Follow up the situation of competitors;
- Develop key projects and customers, clarify the division of work and cooperation mechanism, formulate and implement development plans;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
- Participate in key project development, business negotiations and other key links of the project;

Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor/PG degree, under 42 years old;
- Must have worked a National Sales Head selling Power cable to power customers in India mainly Power EPC and other industries (power, oil and gas industries)
- Must have good experience of working on Annual Operating Plan, sales and marketing strategy, Market information, competitor intelligence, doing Performance review, account management Payment collection and Risk Management
