Country Manager - MVNO Firm (20-30 yrs)
Looking to hire a Country Head for a leading MVNO company in India.
Country manager has to define & deliver objectives, maintain leadership position and strong image in India, identify and capitalise growth opportunities and deliver expansion plans.
The role is to Lead the Telecom Business with direct responsibility for revenue and profitability. The role will require working closely with Board, Mobile Network Operators (MNO), Virtual Operators and Enterprise customers to ensure company objectives are met.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. 20+ years- Experience in a Senior Business Position preferably as Circle/Country Head in Indian Telecom Operator
2. Established track record of growth and success
3. Experience in handling Business Development, Sales, Revenue building and management
4. P&L leadership, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
5. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
6. Knowledge of Indian Telecom market, Consumer Business, IOT ecosystems and regulatory scenario
7. Proven negotiation skills, Ability to make new Alliances and Partnerships
8. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, Senior Management, and the workforce
9. Structured way of working, Planning, and strong governance of outcome
10. Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
11. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
12. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, MBA will be an added advantage
