Opportunity:

We are looking for a country Manager for India. The candidate must have maximum experience working for the advertisement agency or large media house.

The Country Manager role requires a high-energy, disciplined individual to run all aspects of our business. You will be running your business as an entrepreneur with the support of our Headquarter in Hong Kong, reporting to the Regional Director based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing all operations in India. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.

- Acquire high calibre talents, establish a solid and robust local team.

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, build and maintain relationships with strategic agency and direct advertisers.

- Create customized, solution-oriented presentations and product demonstrations.

- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to meet and exceed growth targets.

- Develop pipeline of qualified new business opportunities

Requirements

- Strong Sense of Female hot topics (beauty, fashion, lifestyle, Gourmet, etc.)

- College or University graduate with a degree in relevant field

- Passionate about social media platform

- Min. .3 years of experiences in the digital media industry, PR Agency, Marketing Agencies

- Excellent people management, problem-solving and collaboration skills

- Self-motivated with strong leadership skill and can work under pressure and independently

- Good team player with positive and professional attitude
