Oversee trade marketing &amp; modern trade growth Marketing : - Drive the transition from been sales driven organization to a sales and marketing organizatio - Guide the National Sales &amp; Marketing head to develop brand communication plan for the country and lead local marketing - market research, media, product development, and advertising and consumer promotions.&nbsp; - Liaison with local research / advertising / media / PR / digital agencies. Plan and execute New Product Launches as per AOP Distributor management :&nbsp; - Work closely the sales team to expand distribution network and manage business objectives / evaluate alternative distribution channels Develop Market Intelligence : - Study category / consumer trends to identify growth opportunities - Monitor and report competitive intelligence
