Country Manager - FMCD

Urgently looking for Country Manager with leading MNC.

Location : Nepal

Ideal Profile

- Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Sales from Healthcare, FMCG, FMCD, Paints, industry.

Ideal Batch : 2007 /2008/2009/2010

- Post-graduation Degree in Business Management from premier institutes preferred.

- Candidate should have had a consistent performance track record, demonstrated people management, interpersonal & leadership skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, strategic thinking and strong execution skills

Role Description:

- Deliver sales objectives in alignment with the franchise/business strategy

- Directly lead sales team (On service provider payroll) and work closely with enabling functions

- Understand customer needs and market potential, and set direction, strategies and plans to expand market and realize market potential.

- Work with all levels of customer management, developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction

- Develop annual product sales forecast in consultation with marketing and supply chain function.

- Change Leadership - demonstrated ability to lead change, look at innovative business models to deliver value to customers

- Manage TPI/compliance process and expand the network as needed to meet customer needs
