Country Manager/Centre Head - IT Product Development (18-27 yrs)
Looking for a country manager who can take care of a small size IT product development center in Chennai, which is planning to double its revenue and manpower.
1. Position to be based out of Chennai. Working from office for all 5 days
2. Should have worked in SAAS product Development , build the Sales, development team.
3. Experience in the range of 17-27 years
4. Should have an entrepreneurial mindset to build, manage & grow the organisation. Will be reporting to the CEO in US.
5. Manage all aspects of daily business operations in India.
6. Manage all aspects of the timely product delivery to the customer. Oversee the deliverables of the product, development, quality assurance and technical writing teams.
7. Oversee and own all aspects of company branding, talent acquisition and employee retention for the India office.
8. Create streamlined documented business processes and ensure that they are being effectively followed by each team.
9. Create clearly defined goals for each team and ensure that these goals are achieved in a timely fashion. Create scorecards and metrics for each team to achieve.
10. Implement Traction or Scaling up system.
11. Ensure performance tracking and reporting.
12. Must have at least 17+ years of overall experience with at least 5 plus years of managing revenue and operations experience in SaaS based business.
