Job responsibilities :
Position Purpose :
- To Get the Product Specification incorporated at Dealer's end
- To educate dealers about its CBS and its USPs and benefits to them
- Do market development, Create market for our products
- Educate the market about the advantages of Complete Bathing Solution - Provided
- Convert market potential into sales through CBS
- To resolve all type of issues related to dealers
- Establish as the most preferred brand
Job Profile :
- Understand the market in detail
- To Meet Key customers and do product demonstration
- Take personal ownership of top customers of the assigned Territory
- To Achieve the Sales Target, based on the prospects for the self.
- Introduce and promote new products brought by the company
- To educate the customers on CBS,Purpose,Advantage,Benefit,Need.
- To Map competitor activity in in the local area.
- Make plans, set targets for each forthnight and do correction immediately in the works
- To achieve the sales objective for the assigned area
- To update dealers on all changes / modifications company has done
- To Visit Customers site to generate business
- To take important leads from Dealers
Should have prior experience into East African Countries, requires overseas travelling
