- Prepare an annual business plan and drive sales for the territory
- Understanding of competition, customer and market requirement to develop overall entry strategy to drive sales and enhance service support
- Growing the existing markets by liasioning with Institutions, corporates and maybe government agencies in target markets
- To ensure Mahindra robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with Distributors and dealers.
- Develop channel in countries of operation by identifying strategic locations for channel development and market representation
- To ensure customer and distributor- Manpower capability building by imparting customised training programs
- Establish service infrastructure, systems and processes at distributors to strengthen service network in the Region
- Troubleshooting and addressing field issues through physical involvement at site, Product Concern resolution, Technical support to distributors. At the backend taking up internally for corrective action
- Administer warranty policy, analyze data and take up with plant Quality, product support team manufacturing for quick resolution.
- Build strong relationship with Customer, service team and distributors to ensure Customer Satisfaction and drive CAPs scores
