Description : Working closely with the Regional Legal Counsel to establish and mange the legal framework for India.

Job Description :

- To provide legal advice, legal leadership, strategy and risk management

- Help develop compliance systems and processes for Pan India operations

- Provide guidance on product development and marketing activities

- Review and negotiate material contracts for the company

- Advise on employment related issues

- Legal advisory on corporate matters such as JV, MnA, business partnerships etc

- Manage and advise on current and potential litigation

- Comply with all CS and Governance requirements for the entity

- Implement the compliance framework in India

Profile :

- Qualified CS and a law graduate with 8+ years of PQE in related industries

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as a part of larger teams

- Solution oriented approach

- Prior FMCG experience is a strong plus
