1 Responsible for registration dossiers: contribute to content, review, and ensure consistency of parts provided by regulatory function to external collaborators and CROs; communicate decisions to business teams.

2. Lead a team of 2 to 3 people to prepare dossiers as per the plan laid out by management.

4. Implement optimized country registration strategies to achieve the agreed business goals, identify and communicate potential short- and long-term regulatory issues and trends with support of experienced colleagues

5. Having complete grip of registration timelines and communicating same to marketing team and business colleagues as needed.

6. Single Point of Contact for regional + global queries regarding regulatory system and requirements in India.

7. Ensure that alternatives for products to be phased-out are registered on time. Management of change (recipe change and source changes of formulation and technical materials) is timely addressed so as not to disrupt existing business.

8. Ensure that all licenses and permits related to business (business establishment license, import / export permits, and other activities pertaining to crop protection products) are timely renewed and secured with the pesticide authorities.
