Job Description :


- Lead the employee safety function for the Indian business


- Work at a senior role in a large multinational conglomerate

Client Details :

Our client is a global leader in the energy and utilities space, with projects across the world, and a strong Indian presence. Having grown strongly within India as well, this organisation is presently working on multiple large projects.

Description :

Leading the employee health and safety function for India, you will be responsible for:

- Working closely with senior stakeholders from across the globe to drive international HSE policy on the ground in India


- Leading the HSE team in India to reduce dangerous incidents, and safety hazards.


- Working with the India leadership team to resolve Safety Management System issues that may crop up.


- Leading internal and external safety audits.


- Leading safety training for in house as well as contractual resources.


- Motivating and developing the team at large

Profile

In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will:

- Have at least 15 years of experience in the employee health and safety field.


- Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.


- Have a strong track record of employee health and safety in a project organization.


- Bring prior team management experience to the table
