- Our client is a leading MNC driving innovation in Hi Tech and Automation space for past 40 years. The company is growing their business in India and is looking to hire a seasoned HR professional with prior experience managing Engineering COE and Sales business as an HR leader.
Job Description :
- Reporting into APAC HR Head, working as country HR Manager, you will work very closely with the Business Head for sales as well as Engineering head to drive organization culture.
- Drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning
- Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships
- Lead the HR operations for the organization with the help of team member
- Drive the organization's values within the employees
Profile :
- Successful Candidate will come with around 12 to 15 years experience in various areas of HR with hands on experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnership and Talent Management.
- You would have experience of working as an HR with an MNC organization in an Hi Tech environment as well as B2B sales.
