Country Head - Sales - IT (3-5 yrs)
We are hiring 2 Country sales heads for a SaaS startup to head their B2B Sales operations in middle east and north africa respectively
Roles and Responsibility :
- Developing sales strategy and business plan for the Middle East/North Africa region and driving end to end sales
- Managing complete P&L and driving revenue across the region
- Conducting presentations, meetings and workshops with CXO level clients
- Identifying and Mapping key stakeholders within the client's organization
- Executing Business development strategy and creating a robust pipeline through BD activities
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients by identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Responsible for hunting and Farming for different clients across the region
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition by following industry trends
- Preparing sales reports,contracts, business proposals, pitches commercial negotiations,closures, monthly/weekly reports etc ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
