Summary :

12+ years of Power Transmission Exposure is must.

Must have handled projects end to end Experience.

Candidates from TATA Projects, L&T Projects and KEC would be give preference.

Area of responsibilities :

- Spearheading seamless project management from inception to completion with responsibility for concluding assignments on time and to high standard, within constraints and in adherence with applicable policies and procedures

- Forging strong business relationships to facilitate new business development in local at Srilanka through extensive relationship development and forming of strategic alliances with all industry-related participants while ensuring adherences all aspects of business compliance

- Accountable for all project cost monitoring, procurement, tender management in addition to overseeing of sub-contractor activities while maintaining professional and concise communications and negotiations at all times

- Contributing in a positive manner to business objectives through constructive people management, including knowledge share by cascading and implementing own knowledge and experience across the property

- Able to Demonstrate an sound knowledge of human resources management, - to take Team along.

- Timely identifying and addressing any potential obstacles that may arise while keeping key stakeholders current on any new project-related developments through regular reporting structures

- Able to Prepare Budget, Cash-Flow and Monitoring the expenses
