Responsibilities : - Holds direct P&L responsibility for all Supply Chain activities at a country level. - Accountable to manage, develop and expand the focus sector - Supply Chain business, providing direction and leadership, ensuring profitable growth, satisfactory cash flow, market leadership and the establishment of industry leading safety and service standards and optimum utilization of business assets/human resources in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment. - Lead in performance improvement engagements and strategic customer interfaces with top revenue customers. - Work on Region specific project and deliver business strategy to achieve sustainable business growth in delivering Focus Sector logistics in different parts of the country. - Ensure that appropriate operational, commercial and financial KPIs are employed across the business. - Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity.
