Qualification : Tier 1 MBA College with Technical Background

Experience : 15+ years of IT experience / 12+ years of experience with MBA from Tier 1 College.

Job Description :

- Ensuring cross-geographic synergies in project management & delivery execution by sharing of best practices across projects / sub-units and optimally utilized the resources towards effective implementation of development & delivery plans.

- Ensuring that the statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the Accounts are studied, discussed and included as relevant during the Requirements Development/Analysis phases of the projects.

- Identifying business pain points and helped address the clients' needs through frameworks, solutions and capabilities. In the process developed effective go to market opportunities and ensured seamless transitioning of new processes while enhancing customer satisfaction index.

- High level engagements with ministries and relevant government organizations.

- Sharing an understanding of Market and P&L drivers and managing operations as a business partner.

- Fostering an open environment embedded with controls culture conducive to the growth of business while integrating middle office and back-office operations for various strategic accounts.

- Establishing risk management at functional and product level with control mechanisms to ensure adequate management visibility to risks, control and oversight.

- Leading change/transformation programs to streamline processes and ensured quality and reliability of service delivery while driving performance and adherence to SLAs.

- Client Facing Role with high level of client engagement and Deal Value Creation.

- Extensive experience in agile methodology, project deliveries.

- Establishing Centre of Excellence for industry verticals integrated with latest technologies.

- Primary responsibility of Business Generation, People Development and Value Creation.

- Focus on leading industry certifications for the staff.
