Country Head - Human Resource - Manufacturing (20-30 yrs)

We are looking for a Strategic HR leader as part of the Top Management, who empowers the organization to achieve its growth and organizational objectives.
The position directly reports Global HR Manager and leads a team of 5 HR Managers / HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to End functioning of HR Process & Systems
- Transformation of Process / Culture / Org Structure
- Industrial Relations. Ensuring compliance with all statutory & safety requirements
- HR, IR and Administrative function at plants
- Drive mass recruitment, training, development and performance appraisals
- Work in tandem with Global HR team and implement Global standards & best practices
THE CANDIDATE:
- 45-52 aged Male preferably with Master's degree in HR
- 20+ years in 500+cr Manufacturing Industry
- 10+ years of MNC Experience. Worked with Global HR team
- Managed multiple plants with people strength 700-1500

- Strategy & Execution
- Transformation of Process / Culture / Org Structure
- Managing Trade Unions, Negotiations, Settlements, Contracts, etc.
- Recruitment, Training & Development
- HR process & systems
- Statutory, Safety & Compliance
