Description - As the Country Head - Finance and Business Administration, you will spearhead the finance, controlling and accounting functions of an innovative and market leading building materials company while supervising multiple other functions including supply chain, human resources and IT. Within the Building and Construction industry our client has demonstrated among the top growth rates in India.

The focus is strongly on providing innovative, environment friendly alternatives to traditional construction and building chemicals. With offices in 12 countries - the company's India headquarters is in the Mumbai Suburban region

Description :

As the Country Head - Finance and Business Administration, you will report to the Country CEO. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Leading and driving excellence within the finance and accounting function - setting up processes, controls and usage of ERP systems to accurately capture and report the day to day operations of the company

- Delivering the P&L in partnership with the Country CEO through formulating business strategy, providing valuable insights through the study of both financial and non-financial data

- Maintaining a tight control of day to day business operations in partnership with the CEO

- Leading the budgeting exercises annually and providing rolling forecasts for multiple time frames

- Supervising marketing, supply chain, procurement, human resources functions

Profile :

- As a successful candidate you possess 10 years of post CA experience within finance and accounts. You have worked with manufacturing organisations ideally from the chemical or building and construction space. You have covered the length and breadth of the finance function and have also been extremely close to the business.

- Hands on experience with operational aspects of business including marketing, procurement, supply chain, HR etc will be preferred. You are an excellent communicator, a high energy self starter and have managed teams for more than 5 years. While candidates from the Mumbai Suburban region would be preferred, we are open to candidates who are located outside of Mumbai
