The Country Director will work in India and cover customers and offices in the APAC region.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead country level project activities, providing strategic guidance to the team, and overseeing entire operations and finances for the APAC region.
- Maintain strong and positive working relationships with clients and partners, deepening these relationships, whilst accelerating our growth.
- Identify challenges in processes and systems, oversee implementation projects, execute process improvements, establish strategic plans, and collaborate with the global teams.
- Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools.
- Provide leadership support to the team and promote best practices in people management.
- Support and lead the initiatives related to performance management and team development.
- Recruit, grow and mentor the team.
- Oversee financials and key metrics for the team and the organization.
- Maintain overall quality of all projects and programs within the APAC region.
- Open minded team spirit, able to work in both, small local and large international teams.
Skills and attributes for success :
- Post Graduate degree
- Overall 15+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP.
- 5+ years of experience in managing operations of the company.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Relationship management skills
- Open for travel.
- SAP Certification is desirable.
