Country Head for Myanmar with a Leading Telecom Based Company - Strategic client engagement and Governance at the CXO Level &amp; C- Suite. - Create and implement strategies to achieve 15-20% growth YoY - OB Targets: Overall, responsible for ensuring that order booking and sales targets both individually and for the region are met. - Lead identification and make strategic decisions to grow and develop the new customers Client Relationship: Develop customer strategy to push the right product mix in various segments - Telcos, ISPs, Banks, etc., keeping in mind company's ability to service the customer efficiently in these segments. - Create CXO-level and strategic relationships with major customers, industry associations, media and PR agencies to build a favorable image of Company. &nbsp;Account Management: Build Account Management &amp; Solution selling skills within his team. Collections : The incumbent would also have overall responsibility of ensuring collections and payments in the region are done within the timelines. Stakeholder Management &amp; COE - Internal stakeholder management: Work collaboratively to drive efficiencies with internal teams of Company (PUs, Channel Sales, Delivery organizations, Legal, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.) and create win-win situations while handling customer engagements. - Process Compliance: Ensure that the company's processes related to Bid Management, Sales, Hiring, Administration and Finance are adhered to in the region.
