GL - Budgeted/Forecasting vs Actual variance analysis, expense scrutiny and trend analysis, plant P& L, Scrutiny of GL related to factory, Accruals analysis.

Costing - Product costing, Inventory valuation,Cycle/Physical count, E%O/Slow moving/Inv Aging, WO completion & Avg Rate verification, PPV, Production Labour & Overhead calculations, Efficiency/ Production analysis, Scrap/Defective Accounting &timely disposal, Make vs Buy Analysis, Freight Analysis.

Asset- Fixed Asset Management - CSR / Budget/Purchase/Accounting/Physical Verification/ Disposal

Statutory Tax Compliance - Plant related compliances like ESIC/PF/TDS/Customs/Labour etc.

Agreements/ Contracts Review - Scrutiny of factory related agreements/contracts & ensure compliances.

Budget - Formation & Compilation of plant budget

Cost Saving/Productivity - Actively participate and initiate cost saving and productivity improvements in factory.

Exception Reporting - Develop daily/monthly/weekly structure reporting highlighting performance/exception/ improvement area in factory.

Audit/ Assessment - Handle audit with respect to plant
