Cosmic Payments - Payment Product Lead (4-6 yrs)

Payments industry in India and globally is undergoing fast-paced changes owing to new products driven through innovations in technology and bias towards industry participants to adopt these new changes.

Cosmic Payment Solutions is a new age payment solutions company that works with banks, other financial institutions, retail organized consumer facing corporates to develop bespoke payment solutions, enabling these institutions to leverage technology to create seamless payment processes, enhancing value-chain economics and providing superior end-consumer experience.

Cosmic works to create B2B2C payment products in the following areas :

- Credit Products

- Debit Products

- Open Loop & Semi-Closed Loop Prepaid Products

- Mobile Wallets

Payment Product Lead will be responsible for :

- Developing payment products and solutions for identified FI or corporate relationship

- Project Management of the entire product development cycle

- Liaison and partner with multiple stakeholders in the product eco-system

- Manage the identified FI / Corporate Relationship on an on-going basis.

- Conceptualize, design and develop the underlying business framework

- Deliver revenue and revenue growth targets for the region

- Evaluate strategic growth opportunities and fast track new initiatives resulting in new revenues for the company

- Build a pipeline of new payment programs with existing and new clients in the region

Following qualifications are required :

- Experience in the payments industry including credit/debit/prepaid/mobile in issuer product/business operations. For prepaid, experience in Foreign Travel Card is a preferred

- Should have been part of new product development/launches in any of the payment products

- Passion to learn and innovate in the core and emerging digital payments space

- Project Management expertise and demonstrated ability to drive results

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage strong, positive relationships with professionals at all levels within various business partner organizations - both internal and external

- Ability to drive key initiatives from concept to delivery
