DESCRIPTION :

The Chief Technology Officer's role will be to lead technology development and associated new technology-led process automation with the aim of delivering envisaged product/solution within given time-frame. To assure the successful execution of the strategy by integrating and enabling company processes with appropriate technologies. This will require envisioning of the company's service offerings to be enabled through appropriate technology platforms and applications, leading implementations of the same and planning for risk, security and scale growth. This individual will be responsible for all technology initiatives within the start-up and will lead the technology strategy for the customers and will operate within the core company values while doing so. This position is part of the core team that will decide the strategy for business success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and lead development work on day to day basis

- Managing relationships with hosting companies and implementing scalable technology from a production point of view.

- Define requirements for new technology implementations.

- Be a core member of the product definition team and leader for the product architecture to define the implementation strategy and technologies requirements.

- Create and communicate the technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders.

- Support the business development process by providing an implementation of the technical requirement for integration, service delivery and setting SLA's.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Proven experience in Banking IT / Digital Payments systems with 6-7 years of experience in building such systems.

- Experience of building a scalable fully redundant fault-tolerant infrastructure.

- Experience of Architecting solutions and personally a technology visionary.

- Core knowledge of information security vulnerabilities and risk management is essential.

- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Self Motivated and directed with a keen eye for detail.

- Superior analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities.

Education : B.Tech/M.Tech/B.E/M.E/MCA from a reputed institute
