Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, well-organized Sales Manager who has a strong background in prospecting, business development, and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, mentoring sales teams, and expanding into new and existing markets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and recruit top-tier sales talent.

- Mentor and coach team members to help them achieve individual and team sales objectives.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Continuously analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
