Skills Required: - Transactional experience in corporate law (M&A) (preferable) or corporate and commercial law matters and working knowledge of general corporate law issues - Formulating and finalizing the learning curriculum for lawyers of all designations, across practice areas and offices; - Reviewing course material and presentations to be used for learning sessions; reviewing (no, tracking) legal developments and making recommendations for learning sessions, publications, etc. - Certain administrative functions, including managing the L&D dashboard, any learning management systems, and other tech-based applications as required; - Working with lawyers of the Firm and business service professionals on various L&D projects
