Job Description -

- The candidate need to have exposure in both MT and GT.

- He should be well versed in the functioning and procedures like TOT, ARS.,

- Create new Code for products, Managing Talent and looking at recruitment's if need be and giving them induction training, subsequent skill training's is needed.

- Knowledge about the role of ISR, SO, RM, ZM as well as Wellness Advisors is essential.

- He should also be aware of Beat management and stockiest management procedures of FMCG
