- Design and deliver various learning and development programs, policies in alignment with business needs
- Partner with business to understand Learning needs of teams and determine prioritized learning delivery
- Measure effectiveness and impact of the programs to improve the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem
- Develop reporting capabilities to assist with planning and managing the company's training and development initiatives
- Effectively drive the e-learning agenda (including Learning Management Systems) to drive the learning & development priorities
- Developing vendors for creating / delivering customized learning
