Corporate Trainer - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

The Training Team Associate has a multi-faceted role that primarily focuses on creating and delivering basic and advanced soft-skills and financial training in field of Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Asset Management. Other responsibilities include creating manuals, giving feedback and monitoring the effectiveness of the trainings conducted. The Associate will be working closely with the Assistant Vice President while looking into new training strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and delivering basic and advanced soft skill and finance training related to Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Asset Management - for new hires as well as existing professionals

- Liaising with various teams/departments to create modules for training

- Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions

- Maintaining people talent management and developing frameworks as appropriate

- Evaluating and grading training assignments and conducting feedback

- Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level

- Designing and implementing appropriate e-learning strategies

- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole

- Managing a team comprising of analysts and training coordinators to create content and facilitate coordination activities related to training

Prerequisites:

- Understanding of financial concepts and industry

- The inclination to train employees

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and oral)

- Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task

- Commitment and ownership

Candidate Experience:

- Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or MBA with 2+ years of any experience

Compensation:

- Commensurate with industry standards
