Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-9 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading new age company to find a Talent Acquisition specialist to handle their hiring for mid to senior levels. The role will focus primarily on tech roles so needs someone with strong experience of hiring tech talent (product managers/data scientists/Technical Architects, etc)
- The role is based in Mumbai
To qualify you must have the following :
- Strong corporate experience of working in TA and hiring tech talent
- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)
- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD
- Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle senior level stakeholders and manage the hiring process smoothly
- Ability to deal with partners on certain niche roles
- Past experience of campus recruitment at top engg colleges and B Schools
- Ability to build policies and think strategically
