Corporate Strategy Role - PMO - NBFC (1-5 yrs)
The profile requires multi-tasking, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The ideal candidate should have abilities in data analysis & inference development; project management & team working. This profile require working closely with CEO.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Project management of the company's ongoing strategic projects to ensure the task is completed within agreed timelines - Monitoring (RAG frame work), Maintenance of uniform standard for project management within organization, Interacting with senior management for process updates, minutes of the meeting and reporting
- Strategic Thinking
- Business data analysis & market benchmarking
- Market research - Ability to do relevant research and find market intelligence required for the specific project/assignment
Required Qualifications and Experience :
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS excel and MS Power Point
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Financial Services industry - NBFC preferred but banking is done too
- Prior experience in working with CEO is highly preferred
- Educational qualification - MBA or CA
