Corporate Strategy Role - Infrastructure Finance

Corporate Strategy Role with leading Infrastructure Finance Co in Kolkata

Work responsibilities:

- Lead end to end execution of Organic and Inorganic strategic growth opportunities for the group

- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, valuation and structure transactions for both Investments and Exits

- Perform due diligence in evaluating investment opportunities with investment positives, risks & possible mitigations

- Prepare, negotiate and close term sheets, JV agreements etc. with prospective Seller/Buyer/Partner

- Liaise with external third parties, including lawyers, accountants, management consultants, and investment bankers

- Developing strategies for new and other portfolio investments in line with broader organization goals

- Manage and monitor portfolio investments
