Qualification: MBA from Tier 1/2/3 colleges

Work Location: Chennai/Gurugram

Experience:- 2 years to 6 years of relevant experience. Should come from Strategy Consulting Background (non-IT Consulting) & from Top B Schools.

JD:-

As a part of this role, you would be participating in multiple projects of strategic importance to the organization and related business units.

Corporate Strategy (CS) team has the following primary areas of responsibility:

Corporate Strategy Definition

- Five year plan definition

- Board of Directors communication

- Organic/Inorganic growth analysis

Business Unit Support:

- Annual planning process orchestration/standard definition

- T+5 revenue trajectory modeling

- Portfolio performance analysis based on growth and margin

- Trend analysis and prediction

Long Range Sensing/ Special Projects

- Disruption monitoring: Technology and competitor

- Digital/IoT/Interactive/SMAC analysis

- Special projects planning and implementation

Desired Skills and experience

- Strong expertise in process consulting, competitor analysis, Strategic planning. IT consulting experience is not needed.

- Strategic thinking - strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability are key assets

- Financial Analysis, Modelling and Research - besides, a strong understanding of macro strategy, economic environment and general business/industry insight

- Functional impact in chosen area of specialization

- Committed client orientation (internal stakeholders) with strong attention to detail

- Strong Leadership, Interpersonal and Communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead as well as work with teams to execute strategic projects

- A hands-on attitude with a willingness to get into the details of different businesses
