Corporate Strategy Manager - Big4

- MBA or Masters Degree like MBE/MFC/MIB/Economics from a reputed school (Tier-II)

- At least 10 years of work experience, including at least five years in corporate strategy or a similar function

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills

- Good data visualization skills and ability to present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats. Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools will be an advantage

- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in using statistical tools (like SAS, SPSS or R) will be an advantage

- Strong people/team management experience

- Strong operations/process management experience

- Understanding of strategy models and frameworks
