1. Candidate should have the capability to develop a great understanding of the trends in the green energy technology and investing. 2. Understanding macro trends and conducting ground level research to develop investment thesis on specific sectors/sub-sectors 3. Ability to network effectively and generate deal flow 4. Engaging with companies/entrepreneurs to find investment/acquisition opportunities having a strategic fitment with the company's goals 5. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of acquisition/investment targets 6. Ability to understand financial statements / MIS to derive meaningful insights and alignment of business story with the implementation. 7. Preparing investment committee notes, information memorandum and financial models to assist the board in taking decisions 8. Supporting due diligence activities and liaison with external advisors 9. Facilitating collaborations with global technology companies in specific areas 10. Providing both operational and strategic support to various business verticals and portfolio companies to drive value creation. 11. Assisting in fund raise activities of company through private equity/capital market listing 12. Role requires strong entrepreneurial capabilities, strategic thinking ability and good communication skills 13. Other duties as shall be reasonably requested
