As a Corporate strategist, Esports you will direct program management, events, operations, identifying strategic opportunities, designing deal proposals and business development consisting of identifying sponsors/ new partners, financial projection of commercial discussion &amp; finalizing deals in the creative shaping, stand up, sustainment, and growth of the new strategic initiative for the company in esports which is one of a kind in India but is a popular concept abroad. You will lead and support new Esports business and competition planning while developing initiatives to support the strategic direction and profitability for an entire portfolio of high profile programs. Esports is a part of the core strategy team that works on all critical business initiatives including Long term strategic planning, New Business Development, Transformations, Partnerships, and Advanced analytics. You would be reporting in to the AVP and working closely with internal stakeholder such as leadership, executives and the board. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Building strategies for driving eSports and executing the long terms vision basis the growth plan designed by the senior leadership. - Developing deal propositions and product propositions from the scratch, organising and implementing the events/ launches; scouting markets for finding right partners / gaming agencies for tie ups. - Managing Business Development - Identifying business opportunities, pitching business offerings to new and existing clients, partner/ sponsor identification, financial projection for commercial discussion, and closing deals. - Engaging with business leaders, constructing and communicating analytical arguments and driving towards actionable recommendations. Also ensuring that performance goals for projects are met within the strategy outlined for business and strategic partnerships. - Working closely with the senior leadership and providing his/her strategic insight towards driving, change, innovation and taking business performance to new heights. A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT : - Engineering graduate or post graduate who has passion towards gaming and eSports with expertise in both the technical and strategic aspects with good understanding of the current business environment and future trends. - 6 to 10 years inside or outside of eSports or in gaming or a related sector with understanding of trends and business drivers in gaming and eSports, including key players, business models and marketing approaches. - Adept in analytical problem solving, business development in a new business initiative/start-up environment would be preferred. - Hands on experience in program management, analytical problem-solving, communications, and working in high performing teams. - Tenured professional with excellent communication, presentations skills who have a knack for innovation and can engage clients with intellectual thinking and valuable arguments. - Proactive, independent and focused entrepreneurial spirit who can drive business and create an impact.
