Corporate Social Responsibility Role

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Identification of CSR projects in line with CSR Policy of the Company and finding appropriate Implementing Agency (IA) for implementation part

- Conducting meetings with CSR project in charge/trustees/representatives etc.

- Preparing project documents for Direct implementation projects in line with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and Policy of the Company

- Due diligence of the CSR project/IA before onboarding

- Follow ups on documentation part ( Compliance perspective)

- Preparation of CSR Agenda for CSR Committee meetings (and Board recommendation part)

- Conducting CSR Committee Meetings with Senior Management and CSR Board Level Committees

- Tracking and executing decisions taken at CSR Committee Meeting and Board Meetings Releasing payments to Implementing Agencies and obtaining challans/35 AC/80G

- Monitoring Implementation status of all CSR Projects

- Appointing Independent Evaluators and getting evaluation of CSR Projects done

- On site inspection / monitoring of CSR Project of the Company and field visits

- Establishing continuous communication and dialogue with external parties involved in CSR

- Attending networking programs organized under any of our CSR Project or by Implementing Agency

- Tracking Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for latest updates in CSR area and maintaining CSR Policy updated

- Preparing Annual Report on CSR of the Company ( as Annexure to the Board Report)

- Website management for CSR

- CSR Cell meetings

- Taking care of company branding under CSR

- Co-ordinating with Auditors for CSR Audit (Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditors & Internal Auditors)

- Presenting summary of CSR carried out in Annual Report

- Taking necessary management approvals

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Relevant experience of atleast 5 years in CSR areas handling Compliance, administration and due diligence and overall 5-10 years of experience with Corporates, NGOs, Trusts, Societies, Administration etc

QUALIFICATION :

- Graduate / Post graduate

- Candidates with Company Secretary / LLB qualification will be preferred.

- CSR certification course, if any will be an added advantage.
