Corporate Sales:
Major Deliverables:
- Accountable to achieve new accounts for corporate business channel
- Regional level development and acquisition of new business
- To Maintain delivery standard - TAT
- Ensuring retention of existing books for corporate sales
- To build relationship with all clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Prepare productivity charts and share dashboards with Senior Management
Specialized job competencies:
1. Domain expertise in Insurance
2. Experience in Sales & Business Development
3. High service orientation and should have experience in managing large corporate clients
4. High process orientation and presentation skills
