Designation : Corporate Sales
Qualification: MBA / PGDM/PGPM/MMS
Experience : 7+ yrs in Corporate Sales - EB & Non EB Product
- Key Responsibilities :
- To develop and manage new business relationships
- Working along other teams like Placement, Underwriting, Servicing and Claims etc towards business closures and a cohesive working environment
- Appreciate and identify market segment that we want to Target.
- Initiate sales pitch to open the doors for further interaction.
- Identifying the clients requirements, suggesting suitable products
- Keeping track of (new) products available in market and identifing match points
- Regular & on-going visits to new prospects, ensuring new opportunities are not gone unnoticed. Have a planned and sustained approach to calling and creating pipeline proposals
- Coordinating servicing issues of clients with other teams towards resolution
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Substantial People management/ Leadership experience required.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management.
Remuneration: upto 15 lahs
Week Days - 5 days a week ( Mon - Fri)
Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
