MSS Corporate Sales - Digital & Transactional

Delivery Responsibilities (Corporate Sales) :

- The role entails building partnerships and collaborating with onshore sales teams in order to operate in a control framework.

- The role provides exposure to both front office sales teams and Global Markets products.

- The responsibilities of the role will evolve with the expansion of our offshore capability and rollout of sales enablement tools driving business development and our growth agenda.

- This would include (but not limited to) building data science capabilities using Python, VBA, Tableau skills within the team and collaborating with the COO function and onshore sales teams in order to operate in a control framework whereby key decisions are made by the appropriate onshore team member.

- Development of innovative platforms and/or technology tools to support CMB Initiatives and Analytics.

- Maintain Corporate Sales Library SharePoint by web designing, writing daily market updates, preparing weekly FX & Rates slides, Writing CMB weekly market update & interest rate commentaries.

- Clear understanding of FX, Forwards, FX Options, Swap & money market instruments.

- Able to analyze and understand structured & investment products like DCDI, Collar, etc.

- Support all global regions with processes starting from 5:00 am IST. Flexible with Shift Rotation and timings.

- Expert knowledge of VBA, SQL, etc. coding languages & has knowledge to build applications or interfaces using latest available technologies like python. Familiar with using databases like posgres, mongodb, etc.

- Handle global stakeholders singlehandedly by managing projects or responsibilities given by them. Able to prioritize responsibilities and keep them posted regularly on the progress

- Development of automated ETLs driving efficiency and enabling real time reporting.

- Development of innovative platforms and/or technology tools for real time MI and Analytics and its effective and efficient distribution to stakeholders globally adhering control of information requirements

- Incorporation of external market information including quantitative metrics (market share, wallet share) and qualitative metrics (service level analyses, client feedback) into the analytics function.

PUBLIC :

- Able to automate of Digital & Transactional manual activities like FX option expiries, taking data from Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.

- Able to research and come up with new activities& ideas which will help to drive the corporate sales business. Create a value proposition.

- Support Corporate Sales regional heads & local sales on ad-hoc as well as BAU requests

- Also working on new pilot projects requiring using of skills Python, VBA, & Tableau to create client insights, interface development and visualization.

- This would offer opportunities to directly liaise and develop relationships with other product and platform teams.

- Work closely with other IT teams & e-platform support team to automate and migrate D&T activities in the platform.

Qualifications - External :

What you will need to succeed in the role : (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

- Overall, 3 to 8 years of experience in financial industry or Research

- Role requires working mainly in early Asia hours supporting Asia Stakeholder & countries. 5.000 Am Shift Start time.

- Aware of Global Market Products like FX, FX Options, Forwards, Rates, Swaps, etc.

- Aware of current affairs surrounding financial markets, key market indicators or movements, etc.

- Able to write markets updates, FX Currency Updates, Commodities, Rates, Oil, etc.

- Experience in international stakeholder engagement

- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Manage deadlines, escalate issues promptly, and prioritize workload

- Flexibility to adapt to Asia, EMEA or America hours.
