After establishing as a reputed product company, focus is now on going to the market to grab every possible business opportunity targeting the Mumbai region primarily. To do the same, we would need:
- Someone who has the drive and energy to take on the pressure of real corporate sales in competition with some of the toughest competitors
- A self-motivated individual who can develop new prospects and follow up sales leads in order to deliver on quarterly targets and achieve sales objectives for shine.com
- Proven track record of corporate sales & new business acquisition

Job Responsibilities:
- The primary job responsibility includes meeting the HRs in corporate clients in SME and large set-up organization
- Being in the consultative selling model, the incumbent will be responsible to sell recruitment solutions to the respective clients
- Selling of shine.com database and allied recruitment solutions
- Cold-calling, finding the prospective clients, setting up the meeting and giving demo of shine.com to be potential client
- Keeping a track of the industry's recruitment needs and accordingly identifying the potential clients
