Looking for a high-performing City Corporate Sales Lead to help us meet our corporate client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Role -
- Establishing contact with prospective customers.
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
- Putting together a team formed to help develop a sales plan that would benefit both the client and the company.
- Responsible for meeting the CXO/CHRO of top industries to establish relationship.
Required Candidate profile
- Tier 1 / 2 MBAs, with 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Sales.
- Looking for someone who is smart and sophisticated, great articulation.
- Communication skills should be excellent, presence of mind; people who can hold a conversation.
- High on energy, Ability to think on feet and someone with clear understanding / experience of managing a P&L.
- Ability to create a rapport with prospects and maintain long term relationships with the decision makers
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
