Academic qualification

- Essential: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Business Management

- Desired: PG / MBA in Finance

Experience

- Relevant: minimum 3 year + in Financial Services industry in corporate banking/commercial banking.

- Total: 4-8 years in financial services sector

Skills

- Should possess good negotiation skills

- Should be a good communicator

- Should be presentable

Primary Responsibilities

1)Presenting in-depth performance analysis of all Strategic Business Units and Support Functions of the Organization on a periodic basis to enable Management in strategic decision making.

2) Driving special initiatives / process improvements under National Head's Focus critical for the organization success.

3) Devising new business initiatives - functioning as Point of Contact for new partners,

4) Driving operational concall's as a part of Delivery Excellence Review Rhythm process. Review and report Regional performance on a Weekly basis with the parameters defined and drive actionable items to closure.

5) Effectively managing communication/mandates of Management directives, suggestions, messages to appropriate stakeholders through effective follow up and necessary support.

6) Initiatives to develop and implement process improvements and internal systems for various functions which are critical to the organization growth requiring Management's Focus.

7)Arranging meetings for Top Management during branch visits.

8) Knowledge of Trade Finance/ Debt Syndication is required.
